SETTING A TARGET – WEIGHTLOSS

Hey, Lovelies!

So I have started planning my 21st for next May, and after setting the party date for the 19th I have 159ish Days to get 3.5 – 4 stone off.

I know Christmas is approaching and lots of lovely treats and food will be on the shelves but I know if I don’t start now I never will.

So my plan is to buy a weight loss diary/notebook and I will keep a weekly log of my food, water intake, exercise and my naughty treats, I know I should stick with slimming world – which I am going to do, but I know that I can lose the weight and keep track of it.

So Starting TODAY, I will be getting it all sorted. I will be buying a tracker, and starting this 158 Days to getting this weight off.

I am giving myself a goal of drinking 2+ liters of water a day, minimum! and that is just between working hours, after work I will make myself drink more.

I will also update you weekly with blog posts, I am going to weigh myself but I won’t do it every day, each Sunday will be my weigh day.
